Therapize
Therapize is a brand that aids in bringing counseling and help. We keep talking about how amazing therapy is, but we also understand how awkward, scary and anxiety-inducing it can be to start therapy. It's completely normal to have questions and doubts about therapy and we've created a little
guide to help you begin the process.

For the brand, our team was to create a zine that would work along the brand.

The above-colored images were printed on butter paper, to provide the layer of the real world that was happening around the protagonist, i.e Bojack Horseman.

The above images were the real depiction of what the protagonist goes through emotionally but is unable to express

The first frame, without background depicts the sinking figure of the protagonist, which signifies the feeling of sinking along with the time passing by and the inability to do anything other than lying on your bed
The feeling of being stuck, cluttered mentally and messy physically. One's environment can affect the way they deal with it.

The one feeling that perpetually stays is comparing themselves with others and feeling unworthy.
This frame depicts how one feels left out and lonely even when they are in the middle of people

The zine had a list of solutions which were given along with the problems for example, for one to deal with the sense sinking one can make a list of things they need to do, next clearing up their environment, keeping spaces clean helps one declutter them self mental as well and the end is with consulting or finding help.
